Our heaters

An aircraft heater is key to maintaining a warm and comfortable environment inside the plane. The heater is placed outside and connected to the aircraft body and then spreads the heat through the plane’s ventilation system.

At Nordic Heater, we offer our customers a number of different models, all installed with our own patented fan. Thanks to the fan, the heat in the plane is spread more efficiently and makes our product stand out compared to the competition.

Electric, diesel or battery?

Not sure what type of heater your plane needs? No problem! With more than 25 years at the forefront of the industry, our experienced and competent employees can give recommendations on what is best for your particular plane.

Some guidelines you can follow are that our powerful electric heaters of up to 75 kW have the capacity to heat aircraft with up to 200 seats. For planes that need further heating, diesel is required. In addition to raising the heat in airplanes, the heaters also work excellently in larger industrial premises and spaces for the construction industry.

The world’s first battery-powered Aircraft heater

Apart from being the market leader in the manu- facture of aircraft heaters, we are also the first company in the world to launch a battery-powered aircraft heater.

The battery-powered heater, also called B90, has a battery life of approximately 12 hours and a heating output of 90 kW.
